Reports and delivery

One credit commissions one company report at the selected delivery speed. Normal reports are emailed within 24 hours after a complete paid request. Express reports are emailed as soon as the PDF passes quality checks, within 2 hours. The clock begins after payment is verified or a valid allowance is allocated and the company details and selected documents have been received. Normal reports become available after validation and scheduled release within the delivery window. A pending or unconfirmed email does not prevent downloading a released report from your account. Express jobs use priority processing capacity. Verified owner demonstration accounts are exempt from payment and scheduled release. Your workspace records the deadline and shows any delay or review requirement. Contact info@credosint.com if a request is delayed or cannot be completed.

Prices in US dollars

PurchasePriceIncluded
Normal$10 once1 standard report
Express$20 once1 express report
Intelligence$20 / month or $200 / year2 express + 4 standard per month
Professional$40 / month or $400 / year4 express + 8 standard per month

Both report allowances are included in each membership. Annual plans are billed upfront and provide the same allowance each month, not the full annual allowance immediately. Single-report credits expire 12 months after purchase. Membership allowances renew on the monthly anniversary of the paid billing period; unused monthly allowances expire and do not roll over.

Renewals and cancellation

Memberships renew automatically at the chosen monthly or annual price. Use Manage billing in your verified account to cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not remove the remainder of the paid membership period or its scheduled monthly allowances. Existing report downloads remain subject to the 30-day report retention period. Final currency and amount are displayed by hosted checkout before payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or card fees.

Incomplete reports and billing assistance

The system tracks delivery deadlines, but source availability, quality review and delivery-provider failures can cause exceptions. Any delay is shown in your workspace. If report processing fails before delivery, Credosint restores the allocated report credit once. Contact info@credosint.com with your request or checkout reference to resolve a failed payment, request a refund for an undelivered report or discuss a duplicate charge. A payment reversal suspends unused allowances associated with the reversed payment while the account is reconciled. Do not submit a second payment while the first is awaiting confirmation.

Research scope

Credosint analyses available public information and authorised client documents. The scope depends on accessible disclosures and jurisdiction. Reports identify source limitations and do not constitute regulated credit ratings, legal opinions, insurance cover or underwriting approval. The protected sample is a format demonstration and is never substituted for a commissioned report.

Information handling

Only upload documents you are authorised to share. Credosint and its infrastructure, research and payment service providers process the information needed to fulfil the request. Reports and supporting documents are retained for 30 days. Deleting a generated report removes customer access and moves its files to an owner-only recycle bin until the owner permanently deletes them. Only the owner can restore a report, which makes it available to its original account for another 30 days. Permanent deletion removes the stored report, evidence and supporting files; copies already downloaded or emailed are unaffected. Deleting a report does not cancel a subscription, refund payment or restore a consumed report credit. Active reports that reach their retention deadline are removed during the next cleanup. Billing records are kept separately for account administration, reconciliation and customer support. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in the Credosint application. Access to reports is protected by verification of your email address.

Where due diligence screening is available, Credosint sends the company and relevant publicly documented directors/owners' names, countries, registration numbers and available dates of birth to its screening service provider for identity matching. Supporting documents are not sent to that screening provider. Possible matches require review and do not establish wrongdoing. Screening scope, timestamps and missing evidence are shown in the report. Optional daily monitoring stores dated snapshots and alerts while the report is retained; it stops when monitoring is disabled or the report is deleted or expires. Contact info@credosint.com to request correction of inaccurate identity information.

Optional director identity evidence

Provide a director’s details or identity documents only when authorised to do so. Name and nationality support public professional PEP research. A supplied date of birth may be shared with a screening service provider when needed to assess a potential PEP or sanctions match. Raw identity files are encrypted at rest, restricted to the submitting account and authorised owner review, and are not sent to public-search tools, research models or screening providers. They are not included in report PDFs or analytics.

Identity uploads are supporting review evidence, not automated identity-document authentication or certification. Enter matching details in the director fields; the system does not automatically extract private identifiers from the files. Mask document numbers, addresses, signatures and unrelated information before upload. Do not upload unmasked Aadhaar. Identity evidence follows the report’s retention, deletion and owner recycle-bin lifecycle described above. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed during cleanup. Contact info@credosint.com for access, correction or deletion assistance. PEP status does not imply misconduct; an unperformed or incomplete database check is not clearance.

Optional website analytics

Updated 21 October 2026. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed, device types, referring websites, approximate country and city, sample-report interactions, checkout starts and payment confirmations. Google processes connection information, including your IP address, to derive approximate location. Location is not an exact address.

Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Declining has no effect on signing in, ordering, paying for or downloading reports. Use Analytics preferences in any page footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops further collection on this browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies set by this website; it does not automatically erase previously collected data. Your preference and analytics cookies last up to 180 days, subject to browser settings and renewal.

Our analytics integration sends fixed page names and plan codes. It does not send company search terms, email addresses, customer names, verification codes, documents, report content, payment or report references, or URL query strings. Confirmed-payment events are deduplicated using a local hash of the order reference, which is not sent to Google. These analytics events are not a financial ledger. Essential account and payment storage remains separate.

Google receives analytics information as our analytics service provider. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled by this integration. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Contact info@credosint.com with privacy questions.
