  1. Open credosint.com in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Share (or open the page menu, then Share) and choose Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll or tap More.
  3. If shown, keep Open as Web App switched on. Tap Add, then open the Credosint icon and sign in.

Will my existing reports and subscription be available?

Sign in using the same Credosint email. Your available reports and existing plan allowances stay with your account; installing the app does not create another subscription.

How will I receive app updates?

This page receives the matching signed Android download with every interface release. Tap the version strip in the Android app to check for updates, then download and install the update over your existing app. Android requires your approval to install it. The iPhone and iPad web app checks for updates while online and loads the latest interface when reopened. If an update arrives while you are working, a refresh prompt lets you finish first.

Why does Android ask for installation permission?

This APK comes directly from Credosint rather than an app store. Android may ask you to allow installation from the browser that downloaded it. You can turn that permission off again after installation. Your device or organisation may have additional installation restrictions.

Can I use Credosint without installing anything?

Yes. Open your workspace in your browser and sign in. You can request reports and access the same available account features from the website.

Does the app work offline?

Some public pages may remain available after you have visited them. Signing in, submitting documents, generating reports and retrieving your account information require an internet connection.
